Joscelyn Armstrong – Owner

Having grown up in Sceptre, Saskatchewan, Joscelyn is a country mouse at heart. She has a unique approach to baking and manages to create a fusion of new flavours and recipes that have the same comfort and feel of all our favourite classics.

A Passion for Baking

Since attending Chef School at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario, I have wanted to own and operate a business which would allow me to showcase my cooking. I have worked in various gourmet kitchens throughout the past eight years and have had several small businesses providing wedding cakes, Christmas baking and catering to a variety of clients. The collection of these experiences, along with the desire to work at something I am passionate about, provides a solid foundation for me to open a “Saskatchewan-inspired” café/bakery.
